• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
• Minimum of five years experience in infrastructure management
• Experience with Azure Infrastructure management and billing, Office 365 Administration, Entra and InTune
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and related hardware
• Strong networking background (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

• Technical certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
